Cancellation and Refund Policy

For a full refund of registration fees, cancellations requests must be received no later than 14 calendar days prior to the start date of the training. Cancellations received 7 calendar days prior to the start date of the training are entitled to a 50% refund. Cancellations received less than 7 calendar days prior to the start date are not entitled to a refund. This policy is due to the high level of customization involved in our trainings, which is based on the number of people that have registered as well as space limitations.

In the event a program is canceled by Gravity Leadership & Management, we will notify you as soon as possible and you’ll have the option of choosing between a full refund of your registration fee or store credit.

Can I send an attendee in place of another?

Yes, if the original student can no longer attend, you may substitute them only if you do so 5 days before the scheduled training date. The revised student’s name and contact information must be sent to us 5 days before the scheduled training date in order to ensure they receive the correct information for the event.

I had to leave halfway through the training course, can I receive a refund?

If the student attended the training course, they are not eligible for a refund. You will receive only store credit for the student to attend another scheduled course of the same type.
