New Supervisors, Experienced Leaders, Leads, and Management
This workshop amplifies the lessons of Leadership & Management I, but takes attendees into areas of deep leadership meaning and understanding to enhance mastery of both team results and individual follower performance! Adopting a more strategic approach to subordinate mentoring and development, this course focuses in detail on the personal transformations necessary to magnify the leader’s effectiveness in situational leadership, emotional intelligence, assertiveness training, behavior management, and individual transformation. Leadership & Management II focuses on the concepts and strategies that promote independent-thinking skills and the interactive application of solutions that are essential for keep teams working together and moving them forward as a unit.
Course attendees will learn techniques for successful communication, change management, and performance coaching, as well as participating in a leadership analysis study and various behavior management scenarios.
Note: While it is not required, we recommend students consider completing the Leadership & Management Workshop I before enrolling in Leadership & Management Workshop II.
